Ruth & Doggos
A photography session for Ruth's (not-so) little furry friends, Whisky and Luna. I had never photographed dogs before, so this session was a ride full of steep learning curves. From the many dog-related blogs I read in the spirit of research for this shoot, I had read that patience was very much needed for this challenge. Patience I did, bring into the 1.5-hour long photo session with these cuties. Treats too was to be handy to get their attention. Truth be told, I was not expecting the shoot to run for as short as it did. I had never owned a four-legged pet (I had two pet plants that died, RIP Bob and Benny) and was unaware of the intricacies of maintaining their attention.
Even while Luna was giving me a stink eye, Whisky was as lovely as he could be. We did manage to get some good shots of Luna. I am delighted with the result in the end; for now, I have conquered a fear of photographing domestic pets.
